01 General Rules

133bdt is an online entertainment platform that offers casino games, sports betting, and live dealer games for users in Bangladesh. These terms form a legally binding agreement between 133bdt and anyone who uses the platform.

By creating an account, logging in, or using any service on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these complete terms and conditions. If you do not accept these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

• 133bdt reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms at any time.
• Updated terms take effect as soon as they are published on the platform.

02 Account Registration

Each person may create only one account. Holding multiple accounts is a violation of the rules and may result in all accounts being closed. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.

• Keeping your account password fully confidential is your own responsibility.
• Allowing any other person to use your account is strictly prohibited.
• Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to 133bdt support immediately.
• To change your account name, identity, or contact information, please contact the support team.
• After completing registration, withdrawal access may be limited until your account verification is complete.

03 Age Verification and Eligibility

The minimum age to use the 133bdt platform is 21. Minors are actively discouraged and strictly prohibited from using the platform. At the time of registration, users must confirm they are 21 years of age or older.

• 133bdt may request valid identification for age verification at any time.
• Providing false information about age will result in immediate account closure and the balance may be forfeited.
• Users located outside Bangladesh are responsible for complying with the laws of their own country.

04 Identity Verification (KYC)

133bdt is committed to preventing fraud and money laundering as a safe and reliable platform. For this purpose, users may be required to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer).

The following documents may be requested for verification:

• A clear photo of your National ID (NID) or passport
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, etc.)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used

Withdrawals may be put on hold until KYC verification is complete. All information provided during the verification process will be kept confidential and used only for verification purposes.

05 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay payment methods are available for transactions on 133bdt. All transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

• Minimum Deposit: ৳300 (per method)
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500
• Withdrawal Time: Usually within 5 to 30 minutes

Users must use a payment account registered in their own name. Transactions from third-party accounts are prohibited. If any irregularity is suspected, 133bdt reserves the right to put payments on hold until verification is complete.

• If a refund is needed for funds already credited to your account, a request must be submitted within 72 hours.
• A withdrawal request cannot be cancelled once processing has begun.
• 133bdt reserves the right to investigate any unusual or suspicious transactions.

06 Bonus and Promotion Policy

133bdt offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions, which should be read carefully before claiming.

Welcome bonus terms:

• 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳5,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳12,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳5,000, giving a total balance of ৳17,000.
• Wagering requirement to withdraw bonus: 10 times (10x).

General bonus terms:

• A bonus may only be used once, unless otherwise stated.
• Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• 133bdt reserves the right to cancel a bonus if the user does not qualify for it.
• If bonus abuse is proven, the account may be closed.
• VIP bonuses and cashback offers are subject to separate terms and conditions.

07 Betting Rules

All bets placed on 133bdt are considered final once successfully placed. 133bdt reserves the right to void or review bets in the event of a technical error or any other unusual circumstance.

• In sports betting, bets placed before an event begins may only be cancelled under specific conditions.
• In live betting, odds may change based on real-time data.
• If a round is incomplete due to a technical issue in any game, the bet amount will be refunded.
• In disputes over game results, 133bdt's server logs will be considered the final evidence.
• Betting on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other cricket tournaments is governed by specific rules.

08 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure, and the balance may be forfeited:

• Fraudulent activity or providing false information
• Money laundering or illegal transactions
• Betting using bots, scripts, or automated software
• Unauthorized access to another user's account
• Attempting to hack or carry out a cyber attack on the platform's systems
• Operating multiple accounts from the same device or IP address
• Strategic betting intended to abuse bonuses (Bonus Abuse)
• Attempting to scam the platform or other users

09 Privacy and Data Protection
